All Garador garage doors are designed to offer the highest level of protection, with standard security features including a high security, multi-point latching system, solid steel locking bars and a Euro-cylinder lock.

The multi-point latching system provides extra strength through it's two points of contact which, together with the specially designed, shielded latches, affords a high degree of protection against forced entry.

Euro-cylinder locks are used because they employ an independent barrel which ensures that even if the barrel is forced, the locking sysstem remains intact.

Garador operators are supplied complete with a unique patented door security mechanism, offering a positive mechanical lock when the door is locked.

Garador garage doors, mechanisms and operators are all meticulously designed and manufactured to conform to the very latest British and European safety standards.

These doors come with a base coat to treat the wood. An additional choice of stained coated colour finishes are available to compliment your new door at an extra cost.

A single canopy door has no horizontal tracks protruding into the garage space which leaves you with more storage space inside your garage, and means you don't have to worry about possible obstructions such as gas/electricity meters.

When opened, the door forms a 'canopy' with roughly one third of the door outside the garage. Canopy door gear is suitable for single doors. SafeLift Canopy operating gear is exceptionally smooth and designed for safety.

Handles

Garador garage doors are fitted with black handles as standard but we can also supply Brass effect, Chrome effect or White handles to suit your taste.

This door is available with three glazing options, in either semi-trasnlucent,smoked or imitation black glass at a small extra cost.

Both the Garamatic 7 and 9 electric door operators have a belt driven mechanism which is compatible with all current Garador Up & Over and Sectional garage doors. The motor unit has a streamlined plastic cover and, in the event of power failure, the Auto Expert can be overridden manually.

Pre-framed Doors

All Garador up and over garage doors are supplied without frames to fit to an existing frame, but we can supply single doors factory pre-framed or a factory produced steel frame kit for double doors if required at an additional cost.

Factory produced steel frame kits will be delivered separately for simple home installation.
