1. MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier, firstly select a door, call
us with your dimensions & any other requirements. We will then
provide you with a quotation for your perusal. Then should you wish
to go ahead the quotation form also doubles up as an order form which
you simply fill in, sign & return to us. All we then need is your
payment details.
We accept cheque, credit & debit card payment. You may send your
credit card information via phone, fax or email . How ever please
note should your chosen payment method be via cheque, this will delay
delivery as we require full & cleared funds before we place any
orders with manufacturers
2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Delivery Schedule – (upon receiving full & cleared funds)
Garage door spares -We deliver your order within a 3 -7 working days,
providing all items are in stock.
Garage door motors - We will endeavor to send your order to you in
3 -7 working days, providing all items are in stock.
Garage doors -These items are delivered direct from the manufacturer
on the manufacturers transport and can take between 2 – 3 weeks
for standard doors and up to 8 weeks for purpose made doors dependant
on style of door as all doors are made to order. All styles of doors
are available for delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Spare parts and motors are sent via carrier service & must be
signed for, should we be unable to deliver due to no one being available
to sign for the package/s there will be a minimum charge of £10.50
to re deliver.
All methods require a signature from the householder, the person accepting
the delivery must be over the age of 18 and have the express permission
to check and sign for the goods on behalf of the purchaser .
On delivery all goods must be inspected and any faults noted on the
paperwork .The goods must remain unfitted and the sales team notified
immediately should there be any faults found.
We only offer a kerb side / driveway delivery service and we will
not place doors in your garage or carry doors to any other location
.You must have the means to move doors after they are unloaded .We
take the health and safety of our employees very seriously and they
will not do anything whatsoever that may lead to an injury to themselves
or others .
We offer a delivery service based on one driver and so all doors will
require an able bodied person to assist in the unloading . In the
event of a failed garage door delivery this will result in a further
charge of £75.00 to re deliver.
3. ORDERS
All orders are taken on a supply only basis, it is the sole responsibility
of the customer to ensure the product size, style, colour and lifting
gear are correct .Our sales team are available as a guide only and
the telephone service we provide does not negate the responsibility
of our customers to fully investigate the technical aspects of each
order . Please refer to the manufacturer’s website / brochure
for technical guidance.
The return of incorrectly ordered standard products will incur a re-stocking
charge of 20% of the invoice total on the proviso that the product,
including the packaging is intact and undamaged. The customer will
also be responsible for getting the product delivered back to our
premises.
Incorrectly ordered roller doors are non returnable,
Purpose made doors that are non standard items have a re-stocking
fee of 50% of the invoice value if cancelled or returned for any reason
whatsoever.
Each product has in its description the address of the manufacturers
web site to gather information, this will help to ensure the correct
door size and style is selected, we strongly advise you familiarize
yourself with the door you are selecting and the clearances required
for your purchase to work correctly . Once you un wrap your purchase
it is non returnable.
We will not re stock or accept for return any door not in its original
packaging or a door that you have attempted to install and failed
for any reason whatsoever .
4. COSTING
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is
included in the advertised price .
Advertised prices are adjusted daily to ensure our customers always
receive the lowest possible price .
5. GUARANTEE
To claim under the terms of any warranty the customer will need
to notify our sales team of the manufacturing fault in writing and
must include the original invoice or order number .
The respective manufacturer will make arrangements to inspect the
product and either repair or replace the item. Replacements will be
granted on a supply only basis and is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Terms and conditions of all manufacturers’ warranties are available
on request.
All products supplied must be fitted and maintained in accordance
with the individual manufacturers guidelines. In addition any warranty
supplied may become void if any product is not handled, stored, painted,
maintained or preserved in accordance with instructions supplied.
6. OWNERSHIP
All goods supplied remain the property of Total Supplies until paid
for in full.
7. LIABILITY
Total Supplies can not be responsible for any injury or loss of
any kind to any property or persons arising from the use of any goods
or in connection with the installation of any goods.
8. PRIVACY
[Total Supplies] does not disclose buyers' information to third
parties other than when order details are processed as part of the
order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose
any of the details to any other third party.
9. LAW
All parties submit to the sole jurisdiction of the English Courts. |
