WHERE DO I START ?
A new garage door is a sizable investment, not only financially but also in terms of the difference a new door will make to the exterior of your home, and the number of years you will spend living with your new door. A carefully considered choice now can help to ensure that you invest in a door that you will still be happy with in years to come.

How long does delivery take ?
Delivery times are normally 2 to 3 weeks from your cleared funds being received ,some doors can take longer especially if they are bespoke sizes and have to be custom made.

I don't understand the size options ?
All door sizes are the frame opening sizes (without the frame itself) , measure the distance between the frame legs and you have your frame opening size , The door we send you will be slightly smaller than the size quoted and this is called opening tolerances and is required to make the door work.

Can I collect the door ?
No, because all our doors are delivered to you directly from the manufacturers, it is not possible at this time too offer a personal collections service although this may be possible in the future..

Do the prices include VAT ?
Yes we are a UK VAT registered company and vat is charged at the applicable rate in force at the time of sale , all our prices are quoted inclusive VAT.

Do the prices include delivery ?
No but we only charge £65.00 delivery to anywhere in the UK mainland.

I don’t understand the difference between canopy, retractable and sectional doors ?

If I buy a manual door, can I convert it to automatic ?
Yes you can, but you would need to purchase the appropriate automatic door opener depending on what type of door you have. Our garage door automation section has a great range of options available CLICK HERE for more help.

What do I receive with a new door ?
You get the door itself , and the complete fitting kit and instructions.

What about a frame ?
You will need a frame for all garage doors except sectional garage doors, you can buy a new door and fix it to your existing frame or purchase a new frame if required.
