Garador Security features

All Garador garage doors are designed to offer the highest level of protection, with standard security features including a high security, multi-point latching system, solid steel locking bars and a Euro-cylinder lock.
The multi-point latching system provides extra strength through it's two points of contact which, together with the specially designed, shielded latches, affords a high degree of protection against forced entry.
Euro-cylinder locks are used because they employ an independent barrel which ensures that even if the barrel is forced, the locking sysstem remains intact.
Garador operators are supplied complete with a unique patented door security mechanism, offering a positive mechanical lock when the door is locked

Optional Pre-Framed Doors

All Garador up and over garage doors are supplied without frames to fit to an existing frame, but we can supply single doors factory pre-framed or a factory produced steel frame kit for double doors if required at an additional cost

Factory produced steel frame kits will be delivered separately for simple home installation.

Lifting Gear
A single canopy door has no horizontal tracks protruding into the garage space which leaves you with more storage space inside your garage, and means you don't have to worry about possible obstructions such as gas/electricity meters
When opened, the door forms a 'canopy' with roughly one third of the door outside the garage. Canopy door gear is suitable for single doors. SafeLift Canopy operating gear is exceptionally smooth and designed for safety.

A single or double Slideaway Retractable door opens along horizontal tracks inside the garage and retracts almost completely into the garage when opened. Slideaway Retractable operating gear is designed for single and double door sizes. If you have selected a double door, you will receive Slideaway Retractable lifting gear as standard. Both single and double Slideaway doors are ideally suited to remote controlled electric operation.
